China Visa
Good Afternoon,

I am inquiring for someone who is an Australian Citizen currently residing in the United States and wants to go to China later next week. They would need a visa but how would I obtain that since they are currently not in Australia? Is there a way to expedite it online? Thanks in advance for your help!

If they are in US, then they need to apply from China embassy or consulate in US, by showing their residence permit in US. In principle, all applicants should be in the country where they submit the application.
