Application by Mailing

Applicants can also send application by mailing, but they should pay attention to the following notices, otherwise, the application will be delayed or denied.
1. All required documents for application should be provided. You'd better offer your telephone number and address, so that the consular official can contact you easily.
2. Besides the regular visa fee, you also need pay 10 dollars for handling service fee per parcel and the postage for mailing back.
3. Please enclose required documents, fee, handling service fee and sufficient postage into one envelop. Please mark clearly 'VISA' or 'PASSPORT' on the envelope.
4. Express Service is not available for application by mailing, so please send application at least 30 days before your travel.

Processing Time

Micronesia passport holders are exempted from China visa fees. The embassy regularly takes 4 working days to process the application. If you apply for the Rush/Express Service, you can pick it up on the 2nd or 3rd working day counted from the date of submission. Extra 30/20 dollars are charged.

It's a pity that you have to leave China soon. May I know what type of your visa is? China does not limit the entry times and it all depends on your visa types as some are for a single entry and some are for multiple times. As for how long of each visit, the duration will be marked on your visa.
Asked by DKS from MARSHALL ISLANDS | Jan. 30, 2019 20:52Reply
Do you still honor the Form V.2013 or is there a new form?
Can I fill up a form and send it to Palikir without showing in Person? I live in Majuro Marshall Islands. I had Chinese VISA before in April 2017 that expired.
Last time it was sent through to the Embassy by a trusted individual who is the President of the Chinese Association of the Marshall Islands. Can I still do that because it's difficult to fly to Pohnpei just for that.
Thank you.

Maybe you can do that. You are advised to call the embassy to inquire this.
To renew the Chinese passport, first, make an online appointment for the application, and prepare your passport and its copy, a completed application form, and passport-style photos, residence permit in there, as well as other documents the consular officers consider necessary, and then submit the application to the embassy or the consulate where you resides.
