Generally, the letter should include the related information of you two, like full name, gender, date of birth, etc and then explain your relationship. If necessary, attach your photocopy of your marriage certificate to it.

It is suggested to apply for a business visa, M visa. The required documents include:

I'm sorry, it seems there is no such low laundry service fee in Hangzhou, even in the whole China, except in these campuses. In China, every family has washing machines and they do the laundary at home. BTW, the service is much lower on those apps than in the roadside laundries.

You can take bus 16 to Yuewang Road station, then transfer to shuttle bus line of Wulinmen from Pinghai Road Yuewang Road station to the airport station. It costs CNY21 with around 100 minutes.
