Yes, foreigners holding Chinese resident permit for work/ private affairs/ family reunion are allowed to enter China since September 28, 2020.

To enter China, in addition to the above mentioned, you also need to show Exit/Entry Health Declaration Form of the People's Republic of China. See more details: travelchinaguide.com/china-travel-restrictions.htm

Anna, if your residence permit was issued before Nov. 4, 2020, you will need to apply for a new visa to enter China. Of course, you will be required to take the IgM and PCR tests, and COVID Vaccine, and be quarantined for 14 days upon arrival in China.

Hello Kathy. - Thank you for your most valuable help. The chinese recidence permit is issued in China after November 2020. So I should be able to travel to Denmark and return China where I live, with that visa done in China after November 2020 together with Quarantine, negative IgM and PCR-test?

I'm afraid you may be quarantined for two weeks after your arrival in Copenhagen. Please contact the Denmark embassy in China to confirm this before your departure.
